Mr. Janssen has tuned our piano since we moved into our new home four years ago. He began our business relationship by being polite, professional and punctual. His first mission was to correct problems with our Steinway which occurred during a move. He tuned and did a pitch correction until our piano was perfectly balanced. It has been a pleasure to play our baby grand and know that every six months Mr. Janssen would arrive at our home to make sure everything was working correctly.
